Colorado, the second state to follow suit. On November 8, 2022, Prop 122 passed and legalizes the following: Psilocybin, Psilocin, DMT, Mescaline (not derived from peyote) and ibogaine. Exact wording of the Colorado law can be found here: Prop 122
