FAQ: What do I do if I find mold (or other questionable materials) in or on my cannabis flower/product from the dispensary?
Typically, State Regulatory Agencies, like the Colorado's Marijuana Enforcement Division (MED), has set protections in place for the moldy flower to be intercepted before it hits the shelves.

In the state of Colorado, there is a reporting form the MED has supplied for consumers to report the following:
1) possible violations of the Colorado Marijuana Statutes and Regulations by marijuana businesses, business owners, and/or employees;
2.) crimes on-premises, such as thefts or burglaries;
OR
3.) Adverse Health Events related to consumption of marijuana purchased from a licensed marijuana business.
The form can be found HERE.
If you come across moldy or otherwise questionable flower or oral cannabis products purchased from your local dispensary, it will be in your best interest to inform not only the store who sold the product to you, but also the local cannabis regulatory agency.
